4WD WINCHES BY SHERPA 4x4

So excited to use this 25,000 pulling monster to pull down massive pine trees this weekend. Installed in 2007 RAM 6.7L 3500 Megacab and fit perfectly under a road armor assault steel bumper with bull bars. My old 12,500 warn winch was giving out and I found sherpa and went for it. Time will tell with the performance of the winch and all the sherpa gear I ordered

The wind arrived within a week with everything included. Solid piece of equipment looking forward to installing it.

I really like the synthetic rope instead of the steel cable. I used wireless remote and it works in reverse rotation of the buttons. Other then the reverse rotation using the wireless remote I like it. I called the shop that installed the winch and they checked rotation with the wired remote the rotoation was right.

I am very pleased with the purchase of this winch. The company provided great tracking information and got it to me quickly, despite it coming all the way from Australia. Installation instructions were very detailed. Construction is solid and well engineered. I’m sure it will give me many years of service. Tariff fees were somewhat high , but that’s not the company’s fault.

Just wanted to say that this is the most well built winch I've come across. I live up in Alaska and do a lot of traveling pulling a 41 ft 5th wheel RV. There have been a few situations where a winch would have saved me big money on tow bills to be pulled out of the aftermath of a blizzard. Friends of mine have had the best of the best WARN winches but failed to do the job. I then came across this old man that had a Sherpa Stallion and we watched him pull things out that we thought was not going to happen. That is why I decided to buy the beast. Thank you Sherpa.

Mustang is used regularly for essential work in forested parcel, and maintenance of recreational lands open to public. The winch gets used regularly, and as with most electronic/mechanical devices wear and tear takes a toll. Customer Service is fair, helpful and swift. I received a warrantied replacement component per their policy. The opportunity was there for foot dragging and red tape, but satisfied customers take priority over short term profit. I recommend Sherpa winches whole heartedily.

Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The quality air fittings are not what we commonly use in the USA. Tested and used, I inflate 4 tires at a time, 35's on 18 inch wheels. Happy with results. The wire got very warm / almost hot so hopefully that will not become an issue over time and use.

This is the perfect solution for my 15,000lbs Ranger Tug.

I recently installed the synthetic rope Mustang on a 24 Gladiator. The Mustang is fairly compact and fit without issue. IMO this winch has some pretty good specs which was important. I was looking for light weight to power ratio. The 6hp motor along with a total weight with control box/ wiring, fairlead etc came to about 50lbs. The quality of the control box and water rating were good also. Shipping was super fast. The fairlead was dinged when package received and Sherpa sent a new one out quickly. No questions asked They stood by their product. Positive power cable fit but could be a little short on longer runs. Gladiator battery is toward back of engine bay but cable was just long enough. Have not had an opportunity to test the winch but am very satisfied with the 9500 Mustang purchase.

Just unpacked the winch and accessories. If this winch works half as good as it looks I'm happy, everything is well made the fit and finish is exceptional. Snatch block, soft shackles ect. are made very well. I will add to my review once my new bumper is in and the winch is installed.
