Whether you’re upgrading your recovery kit or enhancing your Sherpa winch, you’ll findhigh-quality products at great prices. With Sherpa 4x4 accessories on board, you’ll always be ready for your next adventure.
Start with equipment that solves the most common problems: recovery, tire pressure, and electrical faults. A practical kit includes a quality air compressor, accurate tire gauge or deflator, rated recovery points, soft shackles or bow shackles, a kinetic recovery rope, tree saver, gloves, and a winch damper if the vehicle has a winch. Add a snatch block or recovery ring so you can redirect a pull or create mechanical advantage. A receiver recovery point is useful when the rear of the vehicle lacks a dedicated rated point. Carry spare fuses, a basic multimeter, flashlight, and simple hand tools. The ideal kit depends on the trip; sand and desert travel put more emphasis on tire inflation, while remote mountain or mud travel may justify more winch rigging and spare electrical parts.
Look for a clearly stated working rating or minimum breaking strength and make sure the entire recovery system is matched. The rope, shackles, recovery hitch, winch, tree saver, pulley device, and vehicle recovery points all have to be suitable. A very strong soft shackle cannot make a thin shipping tie-down safe for recovery. Dynamic recoveries also create different forces from slow winching, so gear designed for static anchoring is not automatically suitable for a kinetic pull. Avoid using a tow ball as a recovery point. When several components are connected together, the system is effectively limited by the weakest part, including the vehicle attachment point. If a component is damaged, heavily corroded, or has an unknown history, replace it rather than assuming the printed rating still applies.
Towing equipment is designed to control a vehicle or trailer that is already rolling. Recovery gear is designed to free a vehicle that is stuck, immobilized, or positioned where much higher loads may be required. A kinetic recovery rope intentionally stretches to store and release energy, while a winch extension strap or tree saver is comparatively static. Receiver recovery hitches are intended to provide a secure recovery connection when used within the receiver's rating. Do not substitute a normal trailer tow ball, transport tie-down, or light-duty strap for a dedicated recovery component. The fact that a part can physically connect two vehicles does not mean it is engineered for the forces involved in extracting a stuck truck.
Rinse off mud, sand, and salt and let synthetic gear dry naturally before packing it away. Inspect for cuts, melted fibers, heavy fuzzing, torn protective sleeves, and contamination from fuel, oil, or chemicals. Embedded sand can abrade fibers internally during the next recovery, so clean equipment rather than storing it dirty in a closed bag. Keep ropes and soft shackles away from sharp tools, battery acid, and hot exhaust components. A dedicated recovery bag makes it easier to inspect everything before a trip and keeps the correct hardware together. If synthetic gear has been heavily shock-loaded or has structural damage, replacing it is safer than trying to knot, stitch, or tape a damaged section.
Use the exact Sherpa model and voltage when ordering electrical or winch-specific parts. Wireless remotes, control boxes, solenoids, plugs, battery cables, hose adapters, and replacement straps may look similar but use different connectors or ratings. For winch accessories, check rope diameter, fairlead type, and the rating of any shackle, ring, or pulley. For air accessories, confirm the hose connection profile, thread type, and working pressure. If the product label is hard to read, take clear photos of the model, plug, and failed component before ordering. Recovery accessories such as tree savers and rated shackles are more universal, but electrical and mechanical replacement parts should be matched precisely rather than chosen by appearance.

My stallion broke down after years of heavy use and thought I had to buy a new one. Found out it was the drive motor and just replaced it with one of these babies easy as.. Job done
Picked up one of these bundles online a while back and love this unit. Great to have on the truck for any inflation needs.
These hand winches work really well.. Grabbed one for my boat and handles it with ease.. Recommend
Bought a 4 pack a few weeks back. These are great, easy to use and look awesome. Handy to have 4 too..
Sturdy, well built and good weight to it. Can hear the quality as it ratchets. Easy company to deal with and delivery was seamless.
Awesome winch!
Aptly named......Steed
2nd Sherpa I have purchased. Just mounted it. Have not used yet. Mounted on MME bumper. Suggest mount all pieces to bumper before mount to truck. One of the cables from the controller to the motor (black) was too short and had to be lengthened (no big deal). I used 1/0 cables, so I had to remove stock positive feed to controller, drill out to accept 1/0 cable, and put back together. With the distance I had the stock cables were not big enough. Looks to be a great product. Maybe sherpa could modify controller design to accept a bigger cable with an insert when the installation requires.
This was the second time we order this winch, easy to navaigate the web page and delivery time was better than expected. On the first order i had a question about the winch and i called before they opened, didn't leave a message, and later that evening i had a gentleman call me back telling me he missed a call and wanted to know if i needed any help. Great product and Great customer service.
Although I haven’t mount my new winch yet, I can say that shipping was a lot faster than I expected
very impressed with this winch. very well built and strong winch.
love it. fast delivery to USA.

Sherpa 4x4 'Stallion' - 25,000Lb Winch
I used the 25,000 LBS winch this past weekend to pull out my 1997 Cat D3C bulldozer from a 3 foot deep 100 foot wide mud bog. The remote functioned perfectly as did the winch! I did add two blocks to increase purchase & I had purchased an extra synthetic rope to get to a stable tree to pull against. I was able to remove the machine without any outside assistance and I can not imagine the cost I would of incurred if I did not own this winch. The winch has become essential on our farm and I have not found a piece of equipment that it cant "unstick"! Great piece of essential kit!
So excited to use this 25,000 pulling monster to pull down massive pine trees this weekend. Installed in 2007 RAM 6.7L 3500 Megacab and fit perfectly under a road armor assault steel bumper with bull bars. My old 12,500 warn winch was giving out and I found sherpa and went for it. Time will tell with the performance of the winch and all the sherpa gear I ordered
GRREAT DEAL. GRREAT LOOKING. BUT DID NOT RECIVE STICKERS LIKE I SEE OTHER GETTING IN BOX WITH WINCH. I GUESS A SMALL COMPLANT. SO FAR SO GOOD.
